Currently Having Some Problems

We are currently using Elgato HD60 S capture card. Right now, though. We having some major issues.

The Elgato HD60 S uses Elgato Game Capture HD Software, but we have major problems such as sound sync with the video, framerate skipping, and pixelated graphics. We've also tried this for OBS Studio, but unfortunately, the sound went ahead of the video after a while and some sound has been cut off.

Elgato is trying to help us on this issues, but don't worry. Hopefully we will back in business eventually.
